TEKTRONIX 560 crashing printing from MS WORD

Error Printing to Tektronix Phasershare 560 printer, only MS 2000 word documents, other applications are ok. Have reloaded the driver and re-installed Microsoft Office 2000 proff. Causes the application to hang up. Only way around it, Cntrl+alt+delete.
