This has nothing to do with certifications, but I have been a part of this forum for so long I know a couple of people and thought I would share some work humor.
I currently work for a well-known Mortgage Corporation, at their headquarters. I am in a entry level position, and I deal with customers and employees of this corporation on a daily basis. One day I took a phone call from a Customer Service representative that had a customer on line that was trying to access their online account. Well this particular customer had forgotten their user id and password combination. I responded well that is ok mam, because when you registered with our online access, you also gave yourself a way to unlock your own account, all you have to do is just click on the forgot user id/password button. She clicked on the button which brought her to the next screen, this screen asks for her social security number and loan number, she entered in both of these correctly, which brough her to her final check between her and her password, a verification question, which at the time of her registration she set up herself. When she opened this question she replied " I don't know the answer to this." I said mam it is a question that you set up in case you forgot your password. She goes, " I know, but the question I asked myself is: "what is my password"..." It took me 5 minutes to regain my composure enough to tell her that i would delete the info. True story....I kid you not.
