Tek 850 with 22,511 error

I am a technician and keep running into this error on Tek 850's. I replaced the upper feed sensor 351-1106-00, and it still doesn't work. The same printer jams from the manual feed 22,411. I've changed a few other parts, like the DM clutch, but all with no fix.

I have not figured this one yet.

Both those errors refer to the paper width. Check the tray and make sure the tray plug is in the right spot, top position, others are empty. Otherwise the width sensor on the preheat entry sensor assy is bad, these can be checked via diags if you have them. My bet is the later since both handfeed and tray feed jam with those errors.
