TEK 740 Smudged images

I have a Tek-740 the printouts are all smudged and blurred O.K. tried all the normal stuff with regards to comsumables still smudges or should i say blurry with the exception of the color cyan.

The smudging is occuring during the toner transfer and not at the fuser.
