Teh connection to the Backup Exec database has been lost

Hello All

I new install veritas 9.0 on exchange server and not install SQL and have error message
"The connection to the Backup Exec database has been lost.Make sure that network cables are properly attached and plug in, and that service are running for the SQL Server instance on which The Backup Exec database is installed. "
I click Ok button have login windows ,Iput suer name and password and ok it has error
"Veritas Backup exec An unexpected database exception occurred."

Any idea help me
