Hi guys,

I'm having a sudden problem with data collection on ITM5.1.1 to the TEDW. All went fine until Sunday morning when all uploads failed with the following entries in the $DBDIR/AMW/logs/msg_Datacollector1.log file :

<F>1088332457000<F>2004-06-27 10:34:17 +02:00<F>AMW<F>DataCollector<F>xxxx<F>16582<F>AMW0182E<F>- The distribution with ID
'1145941674.1991' failed on the endpoint 'xxxx' with the following exception:

The specified endpoint 1145941674.88515.508+ is not a valid endpoint object reference.

I've checked all the other processes are running, xml files are beind created on the endpoints, data collections are running at the times they must, but suddenly no files are going throught due to this error.

Currently using FP5 and will be installing FP6 next month to also bypass the problem of xml files expiring on the managed node.

Thank you

Are all endpoints failing? or just certain ones that are in some migrating state? Check to see what the RIM handler is doing. Did you recycle the oserv on the box that has the RIM handler? Maybe even run a wrimtrace on that box.

Regards,
-Jim
