My company just went through some reorganization. I will now be required to troubleshoot and maintain our Octel 250 / 350 and Intuity boxes. I have some skill but need to brush up. Does anyone know where I could get some technician's documentation. Not just the manual they sell with a system but the real documents.

support.avaya.com website has extension documentation. The site has inproved, but still is hard to find info. The best bet is to use google advanced search to find things.
