as above.
Is it possible?

Currently, all cold bkup on remote clients are wintel boxes.
And we are using this PStools.exe to help us write bat script on bkup server that communicates with the clients.
However, this PStools doesn't support *nix machines.
So I am stucked if I wanna do a cold bkup on a *nix box.

Pls kindly advise. Thanks in advance.

The correct UNIX or LINUX client agent must be used to backup these systems.

Yes, u bet it is... cos we are doing a hot bkup on the linux client machine.
