Hi all.
I would like to ask how Mitel technical support is contacted via email to open a ticket.Have checked on the website and could not get it.
 
you have to go via a distributor ( someone that can sell systems)
The ARID also needs to have current Software Support SWAS

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

 
Current SWA active and am asking as a distributor
 
This is what I do.

Login to MiAcces Connect Once logged in on the left nav menu you should have TechCentral Tacker, this is where you log a support ticket.

If you don't have access or see the option then you will need to talk to your account manager about permissions.
 
Besides SWA it is necessary to have the proper certification. Mitel will no longer open support tickets for non-certified technicians or non-SWA subscribers.

I suppose you're entitled to your opinion, I'm just not going to suppose very hard.
