I created one document which contains some actions and fields.I am sending this documnet to others using mail id.
On that doucment one option is there respond.When i click the respond option i want to retrieve the field values which are existing on that document and i want to store these fields in the database.But i am not able to retrieve the fields.Plz give me the solution..
