I have not seen it improve in my area. What I have noticed is an icreased demand for experienced techs and programmers. The available jobs in my area (Indiana) have leveled off and have not worsend. They have become more defined in what the employer is looking for. I think the days of going to Certification boot camps then landing a 40k to 60k a year job are gone. Employers have cought on and have redefined their search criteria. James Collins

What I have seen is that the openings are leveled off and it is taking a little longe to make a decition on who to pick. AL Almeida
