Does anybody have any examples of a tech design for Impromptu IMR's and Transformer Models (cubes)?

We are building cubes for our customer and they are looking for some documentation as to where ultimately the data in the cube is coming from.

I would love to see a format/template you all might be using to document where dimensions and measures are coming from. I've searched Cognos' knowledge base and haven't had any luck.
