Tec B 572 - multiple copies

We have just installed a TEC B-572 bar code printer onto a Windows XP machine. When we want to print multiple copies of the same label, each individual label is sent to the printer, causing a pause, while the next copy is downloaded. Changing the number of copies inside the driver, doesn't make any difference. If we send one copy it will print one copy, even if we have set the driver to 50 copies. Can anybody help?, as I do not want to downgrade the new machine to windows 98 (which worked as we want it - sent once, printed multiple times), just to get this working. If this was a lser printer and running from word, I would take out the collate option, but this is not the case.

Only way I have been able to solve this is to go back to windows ME and use the old driver. Wish somebody could have helped.
