TEC 3.7, solaris 2.7 and tec_console problem

Hello all,

I would like to post a problem:

Issue: when I start the "tec_console" from
my Solaris host (TMR server), login, and
access the TEC Console, the "Windows" menu
option does NOT drop down. The "Edit" menu
option shows the "Preferences" drop-down option,
but the "Windows" menu option does NOT.

Environment:

1. TMR Server: Solaris 2.7
2. TEC Server and RDBMS Server and ManagedNode:
all in same NT 4.0 SP6 host. RDBMS is Oracle 7.3.x
3. TEC Server is running.
4. performing a "wchkdb -ux" is "clean".
5. I am able to access the regular Tivoli desktop
from my TMR server.

is it possible that I am missing a Solaris-specific JAVA
patch?

Any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
