TEC 3.7.1 Installation on WIN2K server - compatibility questions

I am wanting to install TEC 3.7.1 on a WIN2K operating sys. Has anyone already done this ? Know if there are any problems/pitfalls to watch out for ?
Also does it make a difference if I use Framework v3.7B or v3.7.1 ??? Does anyone know if MS SQL 2000 is compatible with these versions or do I have to stick with SQL7 SP1 ??

DO NOT USE 3.7B on Win2K !!!!!!! Only 3.7.1
Well, come to think about it - DO NOT use 3.7B at all - only 3.7.1

Read the instruction about the MS-SQL installation very carfuly. It is not that simple.
TEC works fine with MS-SQL 2000 or SQL7 sp2 (or sp3).

I installed TEC 3.7.1 on a Windows 2000 Prof with Framework 3.7.1 but I have the impression that the command wrb (wrb.exe) is not installed. Is someone else having this problem? I also installed patches 1, 4 and FP2 for TEC but the command wrb still doesn't work.
