Teaming on 2003 Ent

Looking to setup teaming on a Dell Poweredge 6850 with duel Intel Pro/1000 MT Server NIC's running Server 2003 Enterprise.

Been reading through a lot of information from Intel and others, and just wanted to get opinion's from other's who might have already done this.

I'm looking to probably use ALB/RLB, as the main purpose is to have fault tolerance as well as increased bandwidth to the server.

Anyone already tried this? Any suggestions/tips on setting it up.


Currently the system is running driver 8.4.21.0 on the NIC's
