Team Room URL

Has anyone ever experienced the URL for a team room not being accurate? The icon works fine but the URL doesn't contain the correct path to the database document. We are using 5.0.10 on the server. I've checked the server document and the hostname is fine. Any ideas?

Hello,
If your running the http task, and your URL is correct, you can try appending ?Open to the end of the URL.

i.e.

http://lns001/mail/dflynn.naf?Open

Have you checked the hostname field(s) in the server document on both the Basics tab AND the Intenet Protocols - HTTP Subtab.

If they are different and you have bind to hostname enabled you will get problems.

I'm not sure which field the "Newsletter" agent uses to build the URL but the bind to hostname setting is important.
