Team Calendar 2

Is it possible to open up a calendar so that all appointments for a team can be viewed?

This might sound like a strange question but at the moment I either have to open special folder within the exchange for each person's calendar OR I have to arrange for proxy access to each persons calendar. Both methods are slow and still do not give me the overall result I wanted....that is to see a team view.

I would suggest creating a public folder. You create it as a calendar and assign the correct permissions for all of the user who need to get to the information.

We have a tool called organiz.iQ - ok, it costs money but you can build teams or take existing DLs. It works only on client side so you don't need to install something on your server. Version 1.6 of it seems to be very reliable.

Boehmi, do you have any more information on this tool, like where I might be able to find it? Also, what is its exact name b/c I can't find it when I do a search.
