Team bartending

Aloha version 5.3.32e

I haven't witnessed it myself, but the store is claiming that they add multiple bartenders to multiple drawers (as typical in team bartender method), and then at some point later in the day, those people are only assigned to one drawer... and then can no longer be assigned to more than one drawer. (That is, After their assigned to one, their name doesn't show up to be assigned on other terminals drawers).

Apparently, it's not happening at any specific time or corresponding with any event.

Has anyone heard of this? Is this a know issue or misconfiguration?

thanks, I initially had the same thought, though I have to admit...I can't think of any event off the top of my head that would affect this. The manager at the location is fairly knowledgeable in terms of users, she assures me it's not event related and is more random. Still worth checking out tho...
