I've a database which I'm currently setting up user accounts for. My application is quiet large and I need to construct a process by which I can account for all the changes that a particular user makes to dat within any of the tables? Any one have any ideas on this?

Somewhat dated, faq181-291

You need to have/enforce strict security on Ms. A, since there are no table level triggers. You can only 'detect' changes to bound objects. To be able to enforce changes via forms, user security needs to restrict users from any access to data except through the forms.
