TE_7004 error can any one resolve please

Hi every one..
i am new to this form..
source is from flat file
i am getting Transfromation parse error...
i it is skipping one line saying line buffer size is not sufficent...
so i am pasting the error log file ..
can any one please please... let me know what is the cause of this error and how to resolve it...
