TDS 514 error message

In my midnight routines mostly everyday I am getting TDS 514 36 0 15 7 1 error message. In 36 0 7 15 slot I have DTR card. Anybody has any idea to solve this problem. Thanks in advance for help.

replace the tds card. it failed the number test, ie i dial a "7", it can't decode it..it will cause callers to not get througn or to reach the wronge number, (sorta like my cell phone)
