TDQM Scheduling query length issue

We are trying to use TDQM to allow users to schedule jobs to run at off peak times. The issue is, that the queries that we want to do this with are huge.. like 60,000 characters long (a little more than 11 typed pages). Big, nasty, data mining types. However, only the first 30,000 charachters are being submitted to the database, so the query fails. Is there some setting or something that can be altered to allow longer queries to be submitted? I can find nothing on this in any documentation.
