TDP SQL Restore Fail

Dear Sir

i am restore SQL DB form Host A to Host B for TDP SQL,
We restore about 20 Database, one of the DB restore fail only,
massage following :

ACO0302E A failure occured on stripe number (0), rc = 418
ANS1017E (RC-50) Session rejected: TCP/IP connection failure

TSMSERVER: AIX 5.1, TSM 4.2.1.15
TDPSQL: 2.2.1
