Hi,

I have a NICE Logger TD, HDL + version 9.4. The Logger services all start however there is a message in the logs that states -

NLOG_Initsoftware: The driver did not initialize all the PCI Cards Yet
System_Ini: Waiting for all boards to be found by Pnp.

I upgraded to 4.1.24 UP but I get the same error.

Thanks.

hi what version did you upgrade from?
in the past i have seen this and reapplying the latest service pack may resolve
4.1.25 is also released did you check tech note to see if there is anything in there.
when you installed the logger did you use hostname or IP. hostname is only supported.

Hi, it's a bit of a strange one. We had the base Logger then 4.1.11. This was working for months, then there was a Logger restart and this has happened ever since. I have applied 4.1.24 and the same issue occurs. I plan to install 4.1.25 but I suspect this will not resolve. I have uninstalled all boards and they all reinstall ok. The Logger came from NICE pre-built. We use hostname for installing the UP.

hi. what happens if you start the logger service manually. is there anything reported in event viewer? can you post the logger latest log?
have a look at update notes and see if up 11 to up 24 is allowed or you need to go to e.g up 16 first.
if this occured post a restart then trace it back to that date and what happened. check bugfind for errors and raid/power issues. also check device manager for any issues
