I'm getting this second hand so pardon me if this info I give is incomplete.
We have a 8720 (redundant) networked with G650's throughout the campus. We started getting TDM-CLK errors as soon as we added another EPN (we're no where near too many EPNs). When I list out the IPSI cards I notice that the new IPSIs are firmware 40 while all the others are 36. Everything else looks good. This error happens at least once a day and shows up as a minor alarm. We also started to get sync errors. Of course when you get into it everything looks ok.
The only thing that looks different is the firmware versions for the new IPSIs. I'm wondering if that is the reason we're getting these errors.
I have a great document that lists out the Top OSSI commands and running through that hasn't shown anything out of the ordinary.
Anything else I should be looking at? Could this be a network thing and have nothing to do with the PBX?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm starting to spin my wheels on this one.
