I have acquired a Definity G3siV5 SCC from one of our remote offices. I recently tried to power it up and unfortunately the fans kicked on and half the packs 16-8 lit up then went down. It has happened every power up of the phone switch. I opened the back and noticed only 1 TDM bus terminator in the right TDM slot. I think the office that had it before used it with 2 other SCC's. Do I need two TDM terminators (one on each end)? HELP.....I need this switch to run for another office?
