TDE600 SIP TRUNK PORT BLOCKED AFTER 3 TO 4 HRS

Hi,
One of our customer side have 3 system and interconnected via sip trunk using dsp card.
One NS300 and other two is TDE600
Only TDE side hang after 3 to 4 hrs but no trouble on NS series.
Please anyone can assist the way and trouble cause please.

It seems that your VPN device at TDE600 side closes VPN-tunnel. Try to reconfigure those device.

The other way is to try to Enable "NAT - Keep Alive Packet Sending Ability" in "Shelf Property" of V-SIPGW card of PBX.
