hi all
i my client got tde600 with main site with dt and nt phones
and remote site with nt phones.

nt phone from site b call to nt phone site a, they get one side audio.

what should i do?

thanks

Is there a ping from site "b" to nt phone site "a"?

Yes
The phones work
Only prob with audio

Phone's signaling works with TDE600, but the audio stream goes peer-to-peer between phones. See routing between sides.

ANY ONE KNOW HOW CAN I CHECK IT WITH WIRESHARK?
THE IT WANT ME TO MAKE THAT CHECK FOR THEM

THANKS

Please, don't shout :)

Before using Wireshark just try to ping phone at site "b" from site "a", and try to ping phone at site "a" from site "b".

IF ping-test will be OK, then make a trace-route test between networks at sites "a" and "b" - there must NOT be a host from site "c" (central-office) between "a" and "b" networks.

Hi
thanks

i dont have site c
site a - include the pbx tde600 (dt+nt phones)
site b - only nt phones that connect to site a by vpn.

i have ping from site b<->a and the NT phones working without one way voice.

KX-NT55x and KX-NT511 has port-mirroring function as option.
But KX-NT54x and KX-NT560 does not have it.
In the normal settings (default: Switcing mode).
We can not see the packets from the "PC Port" in this mode.
To do the capturing, we need to set "Repeater mode" to NT55x or NT511.
The operation is followings.

NT551/NT553/NT556

To set "Repeater mode":
(1) Switch off the power of NT500.
(2) Keep pressing [1] + [0] + [INTERCOM] + [CO3], and switch on the power of NT500.
(3) If it is accepted, the firmware version display at starting has "M" at the last.
While starting up, please do not release 4 keys until version display.
If NT500 started up, "Repeater mode" is set.

To set "Switching mode":
(1) Switch off the power of NT500.
(2) Keep pressing [1] + [0] + [INTERCOM] + [CO4], and switch on the power of NT500.
(3) If it is accepted, the firmware version display at starting does not have "M"
at the last.
While starting up, please do not release 4 keys until version display.
If NT500 started up, "Switching mode" is set.
