TDE600 FWD/DND Internal Calls

Hello,

Despite having all forwarding and DND turned off, all internal calls go right to voice mail when someone is on the phone... instead of the call bouncing to the users' secondard PDN button. All external calls ring the secondary PDN button. How can I fix the default so that ALL calls ring the next PDN button when the user is on the primary line?

does call go directly to voicemail on a busy from intercom call?set voicemail to do blind transfer.
 
Yes... all intercom calls go to VM when busy, but not externals. Set VM to blind transfer to where? I'd like the calls to come through on 2nd PDN or Loop buttons.
 
CONNECT WITH KX-TVA/M CONSOLE GOTO>SYSTEM PARAMETERS> PARAMETERS>PBX ENVIRONMENT >EXT TRANSFER SEQUENCE>ITS FX-CHANGE IT TO FXD > APPLY > DONE


set ext and co call waiting on each ext . pdn's only work properly on a phone that doesn't have line appearances so the second call should arrive at loop key or group co key if there are no line keys programed and you should hear muted ring !
 
Thanks CWC3. I got the first part of your instructions, but don't quite understand the next part (I'm a Nortel guy who now has to learn Panasonic).
 
try second part first program 30 & 31 in station programing make sure both are enabled.then try a test call .
 
Thanks CWC3... but it didn't work. Busy signal on internal/intercom, yes externals ring through on 2nd PDN button.
 
Found it! In the System Options (2.9) under Option 5 ... there is a Call Waiting-Automatic Call Waiting for Extension Call setting. Mine was set to DISABLE. When I enabled it, the calls were coming through.

Still appreciate your help, though!
