Hello all, I have a TDE200 and TVA50 working in conjunction. The need proposed to me by my supervisors was to have the system use an ICD to ring a select group of users phones as we do not want a "robot" to handle our calls. An example scenario would be an outside call coming in on a CO, a member of the ICD group picking up the call, then that member transferring the call to the intended recipient. In the case that the intended recipient is unable to answer, whether busy/no answer, we would like the TVA to give options to either leave a message, call the operator, or disconnect. Any assistance would be appreciated!
