Tde100 and Media5 Fone - No Sound at all

Hello guys,

I have installed V-SIPEXT, V-IPGW16 and V-IPEXT32 already. and setup media5 app in android phone.

I can Call out to other cell phones via app now.

But the problem is

If proxy is enable I can hear any of the sound. not even dialed phone ring. But if proxy is disable. I can hear everything (while connected both switch and android on same network).

what could cause that issue? Is there any port I have to open in our office router? or something else?

TDE needs a vpn for the sip phone to work outside the network. proxy setting is only for external access and will work on the media server in the NS series
