I have two TDE100 in separate locations (countries) and are connected through the TIE line on IP-GW. Currently I am struggling on how to configure these switches in a way that a caller call-in to the CO line attached to the first TDE, pass through the IP-GW's and access to the second TDE and finally grab the remote CO line and dial a local number in destination? Basically one can dial local the office number following with couple of access codes and the destination number to save the toll charges.

Thank you in advance.

have you at least got disa working on system "A" recorded
a ogm 1 and pointed a test did/ddi at 501 are you able to
grab a line locally to make a call ???

importantly do you have t1 or pri's on both systems if you have analog lines the call quality will be terrible.
do you dial a tie access code to reach system "B"?

after re-thinking your scenario the person who is dialing in
already knows that the call is toll call that can be dialed
locally on system "B"

get disa 1 message on system "b" set up like described above
take a ddi/did number and point it at disa ogm1 501 at system "B"

TEST:call ring the ddi/did>rings through >voip tie line>system "B" disa 501 ogm message comes on >dial trunk access code 9 >dial phone number as a local or long distance>ring ring ring !!!

Thank you for the reply. I have set the DISA and when I press 9 during the prompt I see the CO line is grabbed on my DPT and also hear the dial tone on dialing phone, but as soon as the next digit is dialed I get busy tone. The DISA Message Table (5.3.2) fields seems to be limited to only the extension numbers only. Is there any option somewhere to change the number of dial digits in DISA?

You need to look in TDE feature guide .disa 1.4.8 has a very informative flow chart if you dial 9 you will have to dial a valid walking class of service pass code by system default thats why you are getting a reorder tone .

I got it to work finally looking into the COS's. Changing the trunk group COS (3.1.1) from 7 to 1 resolved the problem. Thank you for your help.
