I have a customer who is looking for basic call reporting/accounting from their TDE100. They're looking to see incoming and outgoing calls, from individual extensions, ICD Groups, the number called, etc.
Back in the day, I was told that PanaLog was the answer to this however they are no longer around. I know that the NS700 has ACD Reports but can that do what I'm looking for with individual extensions and outgoing calls too? If so, I could possibly push for an upgrade to the NS700 but not sure if they'd go for that.
Any help is appreciated. We're trying to get this to work with their TDE100. If there are good 3rd party solutions, it'd be good to know that as well.
