TDE 600/TVA200 Get internal calls to an extension to go to Auto Attendant

Hi All,
I have a TDE 600 with a TVA200. I have a Custom Service set up on the TVA for an auto attendant when a DID is dialed. That works fine. I want to have internal callers go to that same auto attendant when they dial a certain extension.

I've tried setting the ext to Fwd all calls to voicemail, then have the mailbox set Call Transfer Status to the Custom Service....it never sends the call.

Any tips for me?

Delete the extensions mailbox, set divert to VM, it will default to whatever port is set to

WhiteGooner, I'm not quite sure what you mean, could you expand on that a bit?

I need it to go to a specific Auto Attendant/Custom Service that other extensions shouldn't go to....
