TDE 100 VoIP tie modem

I have install two tde 100 and use VoIP tie up. I call prime office "A site", and "B site" is second.

Below is the situation:-
A site - 1 IdaP
- remote card

B site - no IdaP
- remote card

In this case, can I remote to b site though a site IdaP?

If you don't have isdn then you need remote card in both to dial in
If both systems are on the network and you port forward the maintenance port you can remote in on the broadband

I have install remote card in both site, actually, I can dial to "B site" though "A site" IdaP, internal and external call dial to modem also ok, I can hear the modem tone. But when I use the Panasonic software remote access to "B site" using modem, the software will show "cannot open modem port" after connect around 20s. But connect to "A site" is ok.
