Are the channels showing ous. If so Do you have a vpn between both sites, set the sip licences to be gateway trunk licences in each system. You should see a box in activation keys for IP trunks
Default is 0 of 4 change that to 2/4 or 4 of 4. Only the first part is available to change
Other than that it is going to be programming like gateway address not set to number plan. No gateway set on the systems
