TDA600 Firmware upgrade

Hi
I pulled a TDA600 out of a hotel a few weeks back and it had a corrupted SD card. I've loaded FW ver 50002 onto a new Pana SD card and its just continually accessing the SD card for at least 20mins with no real progress apparent.
I've tried 22204 as well with the same effect.
Any pointers please.

Maybe it is the file structure or firmware it's self
Where did you get the software.

What country are you in, maybe the software is for the wrong region
