Hi all,

I've spent some time reviewing previous posts, but couldn't find a solution to my problem. Our TDA600 went down last week and I had the EMPR (PSUP1511ZD) replaced. Everything came back up fine with the exception of the FWD/DND status on the phones (KX-T63x) and Caller ID. FWD/DND was an easy fix, but the Caller ID issue has me stumped. Caller ID will display the number except that there is an extra 1 prefixed. So Dell calling me used to show as 18004563355 but now shows as 118004563355. It's only a minor problem but irritating since you can't redial from the incoming call list. The carrier is blaming the PBX, the PBX vendor blames the carrier. Any ideas? I seldom touch the PBX (just add/remove extensions and DIDs through the maintenance console) so I will do my best to provide any additional information that may be required. Many thanks in advance.

Many thanks for the lead. While I wasn't able to get the number to display in its 11-digit format, i.e. 1+area+7-digits, I was able to get it to display in 10-digit format (no 1 prefix) which still allows a dial-back. No matter what combination of adding, removing, or leaving digits, the number was either had no leading 1 or it had two leading 1s. I can deal with that. Thanks again for the tip.

I think the system itself inserts the 1 ( if this is the line access code)
so the system only displays to area code and 7 digit phone number (much the same as you would receive on a cell phone)
