TDA600 & TVM200 message waiting indication

Greetings all,
I have just finished installing a TDA600 and TVM200 on a site replacing a meridian system, a lot of the existing SLT's do not have message waiting lights on them. Is there any audible indication if a message has been left in a voice mail box? The tone after going off hook appears to be the same whether there is a message in th ebox or not (stuttered dial tone from call forwarding)

Try using intercepts for voice mail rather than FWD-BSY-NA to vmail.

When there is no new message in the mbox, you will hear the 1-2-dial tone.
When there's a new message, you'll hear 1-2, 1-2, dial tone.

Or get the MWL card...
