TDA50g not recognizing KX-TDA5172 card

does it see in the maintanance as fault?
or nothing?
did u try to pre install it be4 putting it in?

You need to reseat the card in the slot. Panasonic had some tooling issues on these cards and they are a bitch to get inserted. I had two of them myself and after talking with them got them inserted and working properly. The key is to push the card further into the cabinet slot while pushing down very firmly at the same time. I was worried i would break the card but they are very tough.

Use the Maintenance console to pre-install the card in the corresponding physical slot.
NB: You have to pre-install the card in the intended slot before you physically insert in the card.
Hoping your TDA50 is registered too.
