I Hope Panasonic Isnt Outsourcing The Software From Microsoft
Hoping To Know If There Are Others Who Are Having This Problem. I Have Had All The New Tda50 Exhibit This Funny Problem And From The Error Log , It Seems It Pretty Serious.
I Take A New Tda50, Install, Setup And Program All The Phones. Now I Hit The Reset Button Or the Power Button,
The System Reboots, But All Phones Are In Idle But Frozen State.The First Two Line Buttons Are Lit Up Solid Red.
After About 40-60 Seconds The System Reboots By Itself And This Time Around The Phones Come Up Fine.
In Some Cases , The System Kept Rebooting Till I Had To Default Or Initialize It.
The Error Log Has It As A Major Error.

MPR card malfunction
• Optional service card
malfunction: CTI-LINK
• Erroneous processing of
MPR card software
• Software error due to external factors
Solution :
• Press the Reset Button
• Reprogramme the Hybrid IP-PBX
• Replace the MPR card (be sure to turn
off the Hybrid IP-PBX when replacing)
