Hoping someone can make sense of this dilemma.
I have 4 Trunks answering on a CS Menu and Prompt 1 goes to Ring Group 403, which has a Mailbox associated with it. Prior to adding a Digital Station card and a 2 channel VM card the 403 Mailbox would pick up as programmed.
For some reason the Mailbox no longer picks up and instead re-routes back to the menu with the initial prompts, whereby you can Press 1 and it will ring into Ring group 403....it continually cycles.
If i call 403 internally it rings the group and will forward to the Mailbox properly, but if it is an external call it just cycles.
Thinking I must have checked/unchecked a box somewhere.
Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.
