Hi everybody

I need to connect a TDA30 to an Alcatel OXO.
I need to know please what I need for that on the panasonic side.
Do I need only a TDA3480 or is there something else as licenses or something else.
Is there any docs about the parameters to do on the TDA, and if so where can I find them?

Thanks inadvance

kind regards

the tda 30 will not do sip extensions only trunks,so you could have sip trunks connected to alcatel sip extensions, but you will only have ext to ext dialing from the tda to alcatel. You could use disa card for calls back to tda.

Thanks for reply

I don't need SIP extensions neither on the TDA nor on the Alcatel, I just need to connect the system through the IP network.
What do you mean by "but you will only have ext to ext dialing from the tda to alcatel", the Alcatel extensions could not dial TDA extensions? It's not an interconnexion so.
Why, where is the problem?
And for the licenses is there any licenses on the Panasonic, is it like Alcatel where everything is through licensing.

Thanks again

There is no licensing on the tda.
Are you trying to use the gateway card?

That's the question I'm asking which card can best do the connection with the Alcatel OXO.
Is it TDA3480 or is ther another one??
Or is tehre 2 kind of 3480??
I don't know.

Ok, I know now that for sure it's the TDA3480 board that I need on the panasonic side,
Can now, someone tell me if the connection between this two systems is feasible.
And if so is it in SIP or H323 protocol?

Regards
