TDA30 cannot open LAN port

Although I can access from the PC console over USB I'd like to do this from another room so I tried the option to connect over LAN but I get

EA04301 cannot open LAN port

The network connection is working as I can access the IP-GW4 web configuration and I am using port 35333 in the console as set on the card properties.

Any ideas?

Why 35333? Why not 35300?

Thanks obsystems - not a real issue but would be nice. In wonder why a maintenance port is shown on the card and in the console?

The installation guide says

KX-TDA3480 4-Channel VoIP GatewayCard (IP-GW4) 4-channel VoIP gateway card. This card also
enables CTI communication and system programming via a LAN.

Ok, it’s been a while, I was thinking of the sip gateway card. And it does have the port 35300 on the card. I have never tried it on this card before

Are you using it as s gateway or just for remote access. Can you ping the card.

It looks like it should just work. Can you see the card in the system. And under card properties, the maintenance and cti ports

Yes it does have port 35300 and I can ping the card and access the web console.

I just want to use for remote access but may use the gateway.
