Hello, I need help. I have a TDA30 in a nursing home. I have 5 access points and 14 portable phones (not all on at the same time but used for different shifts and backup). I have programmed ICD groups containing up to 6 portables for each shift. A nurse call system (GE Staffcall) and ITM provide me with "fake" lines (not from the CO) and caller ID information referring to the patient rooms. When a patient pushes their call bell the ITM generates a call (mimicing a regular CO call) that I have programmed to ring the ICD group for the shift. The problem is when multiple calls are ringing to the same ICD group and all 6 portables are ringing, the 2nd and 3rd calls are not having their caller id information refreshed. I can answer the first call with correct CID and the rest of the phones will continue to ring for the second call, but with the old CID on the display. The CID is correct from the ITM if just connected to SLT's and not to the TDA30. Has anyone seen this before? How can I fix it?
