TDA30 and caller id function

I have customer what they want is. when 1 particular number calls to their office. One of the flexible button on receptionist's extension should lit up. I tried everything but couldn't figure out. how to setup.
I don't even know is that even possible of not. id yes then can anyone suggest me which settings do i have to check.

Use caller id routing in the speed dial table (has to be enabled in line settings)
Send to a seperate group and put that icd on a button. This will flash when that call comes in put the receptionist phone in the group so it will ring for that caller too
