Hello,
We have a tda200 with several ISDN lines.
On one ISD line we have a bundle of 10 numbers for calling direct to a few selected extensions.
xxx-xxxxxx0 thru xxx-xxxxxx9
When dialing out you can manipulate witch line to use by putting them in trunk groups and selecting the correct trunk group. This way you can also controll wich number the person you are calling sees in his display.
But when i call out over the ISDN line which has the 10 numbers coupled to it, it always sends out they main/first number (xxx-xxxxx0)
Is there a way of controling the outgoing number so each extension could send his own number. This way people can see the correct direct number of the extension calling, and can call back on that direct number if they missed the call.
for example. I programmed the tda200 so that these incomming line numbers are directly transfered to these extensions:
xxx-xxxxxx0 -> 220
xxx-xxxxxx1 -> 221
xxx-xxxxxx2 -> 222
xxx-xxxxxx3 -> 223
xxx-xxxxxx4 -> 224
xxx-xxxxxx5 -> 225
xxx-xxxxxx6 -> 226
xxx-xxxxxx7 -> 227
xxx-xxxxxx8 -> 228
xxx-xxxxxx9 -> 229
Now i want that when extension 225 calls an outside company/person they see xxx-xxxxxx5 as calling number, and not xxx-xxxxxx0.
Is it possible to configure something like this in the TDA200 or is this not possible? and is it something that is controlled by the telecom company that supplies the ISDN lines?
Thanx...
