Hi all -
Got a TDA200 to a TVS50 (now my home system thanks to a deadbeat client) [thumbsup2]

As Monk says, "Here's the thing . ."
Line one (my wifes) comes into the system to ICD group (x501 and vm box 501) and rings all extensions. When no one answers, vm picks up and all works well.
But, her extension is a T7684 Portable station (x202 and vm box 202)
I have the calls auto moved using COS into her box so she gets the "mail" symbol on her screen.

The problem is that when she listens, she has to wait through "Message transferred via . . ." on EVERY message.

You get the picture. [nosmiley]

I can't set one of her buttons as a "Message Waiting" button like I'd do for a regular PT.

Can I turn that prompt off?
Any suggestions?

delete one of the Mb and add the extns to a Mailbox group serving the ICDG Floating number and the Extn, effectively one mailbox for both destinations.

Thanks Trotski -

But you mis-read the Voicemail type - it's a TVA50 not TVS50
The TVA doesn't offer voicemail group boxes. [sad]

in the tva under class of service, personal options- there is a "notify of transfer" option. The default is that it is turned off but worth checking out.

I need to make a correction.
Trotski got me confused.
I have an old TVS50 not the new blue TVA50.

It does not offer the cool options that are available in the TVA series of voicemails.

Thanks.

Sorry for confusing you, here in Australia the blue box is called TVM50/200 and the older unit is called TVP50/100/200
our TVP had Group mailbox, I have not had to deal with a units not having Grp Mb and I assumed that your TVS since it was connected to a TDA200 would have been one of the newer models.
