Got a ticket today, customer reports that when a call is transferred from reception to another extension the recieving extension sometimes hears a beeping (like a call waiting tone) and then is cut off from their current conversation but there is no second call waiting.
The extension that calls are transferred to is in the ICD group to ring after 6 rings but the receptionist generally answers and transfers.
I tried to replicate this to no avail.
Overflow is set to go to external number (day) or VM (night)
